Simon Cowell will make an appearance on X Factor UK in “some guise”
The first two episodes of X Factor UK attracted much lower audiences than expected, so the bosses of the show are counting on Simon Cowell to give ratings a well needed boost.
Apparently the music mogul – who’s hard at work on the US version of the show – will make an appearance on X Factor UK in “some guise”. Executive producer of the programme, Richard Holloway was asked at the Edinburgh Fringe festival this week whether Cowell intended to make an appearance on the show, he replied: “he is in some guise, somewhere”
When pressed for more details he replied: “Ooh, that would be giving it away, wouldn’t it? That’s all I’m prepared to say – it’s not a hologram.”
Simon has already been filmed revealing which of the categories the four judges will mentor however its thought he will play a further role in the show later in the series. So he’ll just do a live phone in during the finals then? Standard.
