Just when you thought Lindsay Lohan was back on the straight and narrow (minus a police questioning last week), she’s gone and got herself in trouble once more.

A newly leaked document reveals that the actress has been banned from the famous Chateau Marmont Hotel in West Hollywood due to a $46,350.04 unpaid bill.

During June and July of this year the actress racked up some serious room service bills during her stay, including cigs, meals and booze.  Now this would have been fine but she’s not actually paid for any of it.

Luckily for us, TMZ has managed to get hold of a letter sent to Lilo from the hotel’s general manager. It says: ‘As you are aware from our previous correspondences starting on July 8, you currently owe the hotel a grand total of $46,350.04 in charges for your stay starting on May 30, 2012.’

The letter continues: ‘As we have made repeated attempts to resolve this pressing matter over the last few weeks without any resolution, I regret to inform you that we will no longer be able to extend any further credit for you to remain in the hotel.

‘Please have all of your belongings removed from Suite 33 by 12:00PM, Wednesday, August, 1, 2012.’

What’s more, she can’t even use the restaurant, as the letter says: ‘Furthermore, until we get the matter of your outstanding debt paid, know that we will be unable to host you on property or in the restaurant.’

Ouch, this is quite the embarrassing blow for the troubled star who appears to be trying so hard to get her life back on track.
