Let’s have a look at this year’s Celebrity Big Brother line-up shall we?
Those of you who follow us on Twitter (and if you don’t, why the hell not?) will probably have seen us manically Tweeting as fast us our fingers would allow us through last night’s Celebrity Big Brother launch.
Yes that’s right – it’s bloody on again, and as it kicks off we thought it only fair to have a little run down of who’s who and what’s already happened because let’s face it, we’re nice like that.
Most of the housemates are fairly recognisable faces and don’t need much of an introduction at all, however there are a couple who you may find hard to place.
We’re mainly talking about, of course, Prince Lorenzo Borghese - the rather handsome man with the floppy hair who’s a member of an Italian noble family and also starred in a series of The Bachelor over in America back in 2006. Not much of a claim to fame is it?
Mind you housemate Danica Thrall’s is not much better either – she’s a model who recently starred in a TV documentary called Sex, Lies and Rinsing Guys.
Other less famous faces include Jasmine Lenard (Simon Cowell’s ex) and Rhian Sudgen – the token Page 3 girl of the house (there’s always got to be one) who hit the headlines a few years ago after it emerged Vernon Kay had been sexting her behind wife Tess Daly’s back.
Loose Women’s Coleen Nolan is also in the house this year, as is Julian Clary, Martin Kemp, Julie Goodyear, Former Eastenders star Cheryl Fergison, The Situation from Jersey Shore, Samantha I’m-so-beautiful Brick, Olympian Ashley McKenzie plus MC Harvey.
So far all seems to be going well, and thanks to Julie Goodyear and Cheryl Fergison (who won a secret Soap style task) the housemates have already recieved a special treat; a television soap-themed party with a menu that included hot pot and jellied eels. Lucky them eh?
