30 Rock star Katrina Bowden was spotted out in New York City hailing a cab while holding her dog Puffin and a box of Clearasil PerfectaWash. Bowden, who plays Cerie on the hit show 30 Rock, looked casually cute in a blue printed tank paired with white shorts.
